71Alfredo Gambalan Parbo, 88, of Kekaha, Kauai, a retired Kekaha Sugar Plantation laborer, died in Kauai Veterans Memorial Hospital. He was born in Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by wife Cornelia, son Arthur, daughters Bebelou Badua and Chona Parbo, brother Julio, sister Victoria, eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Celebration of life: 8 a.m. Saturday at Kekaha United Methodist Church. Mass: 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Kekaha Public Cemetery.
