73Naonosuke Sugai, 104, of Kurtistown, Hawaii, a retired Theo H. Davies & Co. carpenter, died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Olaa, Hawaii. He is survived by son Edward; daughters JoAnn Takahashi, Esther Schneider, Ruth Kolb and Florence Iwasaki; nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Saturday at Puna Covenant Church, Keaau. Services: 10 a.m. Casual attire.
