Raymond Benner Starbuck, 93, of Kaneohe, a Princeton University administrator and a Coast Guard veteran, died at home. He was born in Fullerton, Calif. He is survived by son David, daughter Susan, sister Jean Bosworth, six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Inurnment: 2 p.m. Wednesday at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl.
