Darrel Aniban, 63, of Pahala, Hawaii, a Kau Hospital security guard and an Army veteran, died in Kona Community Hospital. He was born in Pahala. He is survived by companion Merle Saplan, brother Glenn and sisters Charlene Crutcher, Donna-Lynn Duguran and Tessie DePeralta. Inurnment at noon Friday at West Hawaii Veterans Cemetery, Kailua-Kona. Casual attire.
