Douglas Yoshio Jakahi, 72, of Mililani, a federal government retiree and an Army veteran, died in Wahiawa Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. He was born in Kohala, Hawaii. He is survived by brother Richard and sisters Jean and Florence. Private services. No monetary offerings.
