Retired veteran for the United States Air Force. He is survived by sons, Harry O'dell Parks III, Douglas Kinase Parks; daughters, Wanda Lee (Medardo) Padasdao, Linda Lee Parks, Shidell Lee Shizue Parks; sister, Edith Wilson; 6 grandchildren; 7 great-grand- children. Visitation 9:30 a.m., Tuesday (Nov. 25) at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel. Memorial Service 10:30 a.m. Burial to follow 11:30 a.m. at Mililani Memorial Park, Waipio. Flowers Welcome.
