79Celina Tio Sinclair, 89, of Honolulu died at home. She was born in the Philippines. She is survived by daughters Evelyn, Katherine Lark, Mary and Lucy; son Michael Lowry; sister Teresita Andres; 13 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. Services: 1 p.m. Saturday at St. Andrew's Cathedral.
