She is survived by son's Patrick L Costa, George L Costa lll, and David Welch daughter Eunice L Tanele; 26 grandchildren and 21 great- grandchildren. A scattering of ashes ceremony to follow memorial and celebration of life service at 10:00 am December 6 Saturday at Makua Beach. Lunch to follow.
