Arthur Thomas Jennings, 94, of Mililani, an attorney for the New York state Department of Labor, an Army veteran who served in the 92nd Infantry Division in Italy in World War II, a second lieutenant platoon leader for the 371st Infantry Regiment and a recipient of the Purple Heart, American Defense Ribbon and European African Middle Eastern Theatre Ribbon with two stars, died in Mililani. He was born in Point Peter, Ga. He is survived by wife Ernestine A. and daughters Dr. Anne M. Jennings-See, and Cynthia E. and Dr. Laura L. Jennings. Private services.
