73Louise Antoinette "Lou" Kepoo, 65, of Hilo, a Time Warner Cable dispatcher, died in Hilo Medical Center. She was born in Olaa, Hawaii. She is survived by son Wayne, brother Andrew Ah Yo and companion Al Soken. Services at a later date.
