Joseph "Joe" Perreira Jr., 58, of Hilo, a Marine Corps veteran, died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Honokaa, Hawaii. He is survived by son Joson, daughter Hulali, mother Edna Capello-Perreira, brothers Robert Maertens and Samuel Perreira, and sisters Iris Perreira-Roelse and Agnes Perreira-Fesolai. Visitation: 4 p.m. Friday at Dodo Mortuary Chapel, Hilo. Services: 5 p.m. Graveside committal service: 9 a.m. Saturday at Hawaii Veterans Cemetery No. 2. Casual attire.
