Harold Jun Fai Lau, 91, of Kailua, a budget analyst and an Army veteran, died in Kailua. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Barbara Lau; sons Kenneth and Lawrence; daughters Beverly Allen, Donna Higuchi, Janice and Diane Lau, and Amy Toryk; sister Hester Goforth; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
