Herbert P. Ornellas, 86, of Hilo, owner and operator of the former Panaewa Poultry Farms, 50th State Bar and Gift Wrap Hawaii, died in Life Care Center of Hilo. He also was an Army corporal. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by wife Lorraine "Lori" B., son Kenneth, daughter Brenda, brother Edward, sister Mildred Correa and a grandchild. Visitation: 9 a.m. Friday at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Mass: 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery No. 2. No flowers.
