Ignacio Sved, 83, of Haiku, Maui, a retired social worker for the County of Los Angeles and an Air Force veteran who served in the Korean War, died in Yukio Okutsu State Veterans Home in Hilo. He was born in Havana. He is survived by son Kevin, daughters Abby Sved and Veronica Levy, brother Samuel, eight grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Services to be held at a later date on Maui.
