74James Lee "Jim" Kelly, 78, of Hilo, a retired professor emeritus of geography at the University of Hawaii at Hilo, died at home. He was born in Wapello, Iowa. He is survived by son Robert, daughter Margaret and two grandchildren. Services to be held in Wapello. Additional services in Hilo to be held in February.
