Kenneth Gustav Stromgren, 83, of Kaneohe, an Army lieutenant colonel and senior ROTC instructor at Punahou School, died. He was born in Jamaica, Queens, N.Y. He is survived by wife Margaret, son Kyle and daughters Kirsten and Kimberly. Private services.
