Tooru Kato, 85, of Waipahu, an Air Force veteran, died in Waipahu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Helen T.; daughters Irene Ballesteros and Amy Igarashi; brothers Wayne, Dennis and Yasuto; sister Elaine Kamibayashi; and a grandchild. Private services.
