74Anne Curtiss Fong, 84, of Kailua died in Honolulu. She was born in Buffalo, N.Y. She is survived by son Peter, daughters Mary Frasier and Loki Feliciano, brother John Curtiss and four grandchildren. Services: 1 p.m. Saturday at Honolulu Friends Meeting House, 2426 Oahu Ave. Donations suggested to Human Rights Watch, Nature Conservancy or Honolulu Friends Meeting.
