78Delphina Oandasan Tipon, 87, of Kailua-Kona, a retired Kona Seaside Hotel housekeeper, died at home. She was born in Hilo. She is survived by sons Winston and Elpidio del Castillo; daughters Evelyn Blanco and Daisy del Castillo; brothers Alejandro, Isidro and Melanio Oandasan; sisters Ernestina Tenoso and Virginia Arellano; and five grandchildren. Two-day vigil: 10 a.m. Monday through Tuesday at her residence, 75-124-B Lunapule Road, Kailua-Kona. Visitation: 8 a.m. Wednesday at St. Michael Catholic Church. Mass: 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Kona Memorial Park, Holualoa, Hawaii. Luncheon and fellowship at the family residence to follow burial. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
