81Justino T. Tabisula, 83, of Kahului, a retired Hawaiian Commercial & Sugar Co. irrigator, died in Hale Makua Kahului. He was born in Santo Domingo, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. He is survived by sons Reynaldo, Justino Jr. and Edgar; daughters Babilyn Gungab, Chitabelle Tabisula and Aselda Koja; brothers Desiderio Sr. and Angel; 12 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
