She is survived by husband Adam; parents Paddy "Maka" and Marie "Nene" Carvalho; daughter Aisley-Marie Leinani; brothers Leslie-James "Bozo," Lester-Paul and Marshall Carvalho; sisters Alisa Takahashi, Mary Cramer, Paddy-Lee M.
