76James Eirio "Jimmy" Higa, 92, of Aiea, a retired city supervisor, died in Aiea. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Tomiko, sons Lloyd and Sidney, sisters Nobuko Yoshida and Kay Kawamoto, and six grandchildren. Private services.
