74Arlene Atsuka Yamagata, 88, of Hilo, a beautician and retired proprietress of Arlene's Salon of Beauty in Hilo, died in Hilo Medical Center. She was born in Hilo. She is survived by sons Ryan, Michael and Wayne; daughters Carla Takamine and Anne Tiogangco; 13 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. Private services. No flowers. No monetary offerings.
