75Dwayne Edward "Boogie" Kusaka, 55, of Kapaa, Kauai, died in Wilcox Memorial Hospital. He was born in Lihue. He is survived by partner Jamelyn Padre, son Dwayne, daughters Jaylynn and Jayde, parents Yuki and Fely, brother Royden and sister Norine. Visitation: 8:30 a.m. Friday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Mass: 10 a.m.
