78Fumiye Kotaka, 84, of Lodi, Calif., formerly of Honolulu, a retired General Steamship Lines accountant, died at home. She was born in Wailuku. She is survived by sons Denis and Dean; daughters Gail Asada and Robin Kotaka; brother Shomei Kaneshiro; sisters Chiyoko Kaneshiro, Toyoko Kinjo and Nobuye Tobaru; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Services to be held in Lodi.
