72Thelma Chiyoko Koizumi, 96, of Kaneohe, a retired state budget and finance clerk, died in Kuakini Medical Center. She was born in Waialua. She is survived by sons Stanton B., Myron T. and Keith T.; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Private services.
