77Elsie Natsuyo Kimura, 99, of Honolulu, a retired recreation specialist for the city Department of Parks and Recreation, died in Castle Medical Center. She was born in Laupahoehoe, Hawaii. She is survived by sons Charles, James and Robert; daughters Betty Hirai and Irene Viernes; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Private services.
