77Frank Peni Kapesi, 36, of Honolulu, a fisherman, died in Honolulu. He was born in American Samoa. He is survived by daughter Leila, parents Peni and Salilo, hanai parents Kapesi K. Tu Jr. and Julia Medeiros, and numerous brothers and sisters. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Thursday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Service: 11 a.m. Casual attire.
