MICHAEL TAKEO HAYASHI 58, passed away January 29, 2015 in Las Vegas, Nevada, after a long battle with cancer.. He was born February 3, 1956 in Honolulu, HI; he retired in 2011 and moved to Las Vegas. He is survived by his mother Ruth Hayashi; sisters Michele Barnes, Lynelle Loomis and husband Roger, of Las Vegas, NV; sister Wanda Smith of San Jose, CA; nephews in San Antonio, TX, San Jose and San Francisco, CA; grandnieces in San Antonio, TX and San Jose, CA; as well as extended family members in Honolulu. A Celebration of Life will be held at Ballard Family Mortuary, 440 Ala Makani St., Kahului, HI 96732, on February 28, 2015 from 11:00 am 2:00 pm
