MAIOHO, WILLIAM (BILL) JOHN KAIHEEKAI Passed away unexpectedly on February 9, 2015, in Honolulu, HI. He was born in Honolulu on July 24, 1945 to Abraham and Lydia Namahanaikaleleokalani Taylor Maioho, who preceded him in death. Bill is survived by his son William Kaiheekai, brothers Abraham L. Maioho, Jr. and George W. (Jamie) Maioho, many cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place and no services will be held.
