74Feliza Tabios Dumlao, 97, of Honolulu, a homemaker, died in Aiea. She was born in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. She is survived by sons Freddie, Gracito and Genaro; daughters Clariza Dumlao and Estefania Fiesta; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
