Charles Conrad Keiling, 79, of Kailua, a Navy veteran and an air traffic controller, died. He was born in Queens, N.Y. He is survived by wife Danielle, son Scott, daughter Debra Scioletti and two grandchildren. Celebration of life: 7 p.m. Friday at St. John Lutheran Church, Kailua. Reception to follow. Private scattering of ashes. Aloha attire. In lieu of flowers, donations suggested to American Heart Association or to Ravenscroft School, 7409 Falls of Neuse Road, Raleigh, NC 27615, in the names of Cam and Devin Scioletti.
