Eliseo Labucay “Eli†Atchazo, 77, of Ewa Beach, a city retiree and a Navy veteran, died in Ewa Beach. He was born in Paoay, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by wife Lisa S.; son James; daughters Elaine Morrell and Nanette Atchazo; sisters Rizalina Vasquez, Amalia Dafun and Gloria Tabuli; and four grandchildren. Visitation: 10 a.m. Monday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 11 a.m. Burial: 12:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire.
