He is survived by companion Ruth Kaopuiki; sons Gabriel and Richard; daughter Stacey; brothers Jeffrey and Peter; sisters Josephine Rabauliman, Daisy Clifton, Dolores Taman and Elizabeth and Vicenta Saralu; and seven grandchildren.
