74Eva Choye Budar, 85, of HonoÂlulu, a retired teacher, died in HonoÂÂlulu. She was born in China. She is survived by sons Steven and Richard, daughters Lynne Ramsey and Donna Turner, sister May Lau and 10 grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Monday at Sacred Heart Church. Services: 10 a.m.
