"Kawehi" Ballou; son Ikaika M.; hanai son Malakai K. Daily; hanai daughter Mikaela K. Ballou; parents Paul H. and Pamela H.; brothers Patrick, Preston and Kelly; sisters Paula and Kylie; hanai brother David Justice; and hanai sister Lily Justice.
