70Mona Lei Tsutahara, 60, of Hilo, a retired program specialist for the state Department of Human Services Med-Quest Division, died at home. She was born in Wailuku. She is survived by husband Glenn, parents Donald and Harriet Yoshina, brother Dean Yoshina and sisters Rene Schnider and Nadine Dochin. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Dodo Mortuary, Hilo. Celebration of life: 11 a.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
