83Loc Tan Pham, 87, of Honolulu, retired owner of a retail sales company, died in Honolulu. He was born in Camau, Vietnam. He is survived by sons Nien Van, Frank N., Phen Bob and Jack Pham; daughters Diep Ngoc and Thu Ngoc Pham; numerous brothers and sisters; 15 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
