HERBERT HISAO IKEHARA Herbert Hisao Ikehara, born October 24, 1930 in Honolulu, died on February 17, 2015, surrounded by family. Attended Kaimuki H.S. and graduated McKinley H.S. Earned his Bachelors from U.H. School of Tropical Agriculture. Formerly employed at Aluminum Products Hawaii and Modern Macaroni Company. Survived by wife Elsie Tamayori Ikehara, daughters Lori Ikehara-Lyman, Valerie Ikehara, grand-daughter Ava Matsua Sever, nieces and nephews, and Li'i, his therapy dog. Services on Saturday, March 28 at Hosoi Mortuary at 1 p.m. Visitation from 12 noon.
