Stanley Kazuo Ikeda, 95, of Honolulu, a retired federal government budget analyst and an Army veteran, died at home. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Betty S.; son Lorrin K.; sisters Edna Sato, Lois Ogata, Doris Hara, Eleanor Yano and Harriet Nishizaka; and a grandchild. Private services.
