SUE AUGHINBAUGH TETMEYER Sue Aughinbaugh Tetmeyer, 75, St. Augustine, FL, passed away March 6, 2015 at the Bailey Family Center for Caring. She was born in Salt Lake City, Utah and resided at Glenmoor (a CCRC) in World Golf Village for the past two years, moving here from Honolulu, Hawaii where she lived most of her life. Sue was a graduate of Punahou School (Honolulu) and the University of Connecticut (Storrs). She was a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority, the Outrigger Canoe Club, and was a docent at the Honolulu Academy of Arts. Before retiring Sue worked for Liberty House, Hawaii where she held many director positions within Human Resources. She is survived by her husband of 51 years, William Tetmeyer; nieces, Wendy Amenta, New Britain, CT, Jennifer Gillen (Pat Purcell), Canton, CT; great-nephew, Tom Purcell; aunt, Violet Kelly, North Haven, CT; and many cousins and friends. Services will be held in Honolulu, Hawaii at a later date. Donations in her memory may be made to Community Hospice of Northeast Florida, 4114 Sunbeam Rd., Building 400, Jacksonville, FL 32257 St. Johns Family Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
