76Concepcion Pertubal Villa, 59, of Pahala, Hawaii, a housekeeper for Kilauea Military Camp, died in Hilo Medical Center. She was born in Murphy, Quezon City, Philippines. She is survived by husband Teofilo; sons Mark and Chris; daughter LeeAnn; father Luis Pertubal; brothers Ceferino, Domingo and Angelito Pertubal; sister Norma Diego; and a grandchild. All-night vigil from 5 p.m. Thursday at the family residence, 96-3115 Puahala St., Pahala. Additional visitation: 9 a.m. Friday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Hilo. Celebration of Mass: 10 a.m. Burial: 11 a.m. at Homelani Memorial Park, Ilima section.
