72Theodore "Ted" Kaaekuahiwi, 86, of Honokaa, Hawaii, a retired Honokaa High and Elementary School custodian and a taro farmer, died in North Hawaii Community Hospital. He was born in Waipio Valley. He is survived by wife Nancy, sons Lon and Dale, daughters Gay Regohos and Kim M. Ayoso, 10 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Saturday at Honokaa Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Service: 11 a.m. Cremation to follow. Casual attire. No flowers.
