77Gail Fujie Nakatsui Yoshioka, 91, of Honolulu, a retired Coast Guard administrative assistant, died at home. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by sons Stefan M. and Mark S., sister Sandy F. Fukuda and a grandchild. Visitation: 9 a.m. Monday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 10 a.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
