75Richard Kokichi Uehara, 95, of Newport News, Va., formerly of Honolulu, a retired sous chef, died in Newport News. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by daughter Karen Inn, two grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Services: noon Wednesday at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary. Inurnment services to follow at the cemetery.
