72Tsugino "Jean" Kouchi, 88, of Hilo, a homemaker, died at home. She was born in Hilo. She is survived by daughter Beverly Barlongo, son Don, sister Margie Shigeoka, brother Shigeto Narikawa, four grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Private services. In lieu of flowers and monetary offerings, donations suggested to Hospice of Hilo.
