NOBUO TAKENO Age 75, of Kaneohe, passed away on January 10, 2015. Born in Osaka, Japan, retired Hawaii Air National Guard and U.S. Air Force. Member of Tamagusuku Club, Gajimaru Kai, Okinawan Genealogical Society, Ukwanshin Kabudan, and HUOA. He is survived by his wife, June; sons, Chris and Marc (Mimi Mar) Takeno; four grandchildren; brothers, Koji (Joyce), Yasuhiro (Nora) and Michael (Debbie) Takeno; sisters, Yoshiko (Wilford) Nakaoka and Linda (Michael) Hirai. Visitation 10:00 a.m., a service of celebration 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 11, 2015, at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. No flowers. Aloha attire.
