81David Yoshio Aka, 100, of HonoÂlulu, a retired state accountant, died at home. He was born in Huelo, Maui. He is survived by wife Mitsue; sons Gary, Raymond and Steven; daughter Lorraine Sakino; brothers Roy and Roichi; sisters Bernice Hashimoto and Janice Okudara; and four grandchildren.
