MELANIO ULAPANI UNCIANO Age 94, of Waipahu, HI, passed away February 27, 2015 in Manila Philippines. Born January 17, 1921 in Magsingal, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. He retired from Civil Service as a roofer, and was also a part-time roofing contractor. He is survived by sons, Edwin A. (Florence) Unciano, Francisco P. (Lei) Unciano; 7 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; 5 great- great-grandchildren. Visitation 9:30 a.m., Monday (Apr. 13) at Mililani Mortuary Makai Chapel. Program 10:45 a.m. Prayer Service 11:45 a.m. Burial to follow 12:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
