Isao Suzawa, 87, of Waipahu, a fiscal officer for the city Department of Budget and Finance and an Army veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Lihue. He is survived by wife Vivien A.; sons Harvey L.H., Wesley S. and Mark M.; daughter Cheryl Ann Yamauchi; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Private services. No flowers. No monetary offerings.
